 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I recently had to bring my neighbor to the hospital, and I wanted to share our experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospital was very clean, and we were taken back quickly, which helped ease some of the stress. One person who truly stood out was Steve in Radiology. He is one of the kindest and most compassionate healthcare professionals I’ve ever met. My neighbor was scared, anxious, and emotional, and Steve handled the situation with incredible patience and genuine care. He never made us feel rushed, took the time to explain what was happening, and treated my neighbor with dignity and kindness. During a stressful hospital visit, people like Steve make all the difference. Thankfully, we were only there for a few hours, but I felt it was important to leave a review. It’s easy for people to share negative experiences, but it’s just as important to recognize the people who go above and beyond. Steve certainly deserves that recognition. The only area where I believe there is room for improvement is with the nursing staff. While everyone was professional, I wish there had been a little more warmth and attentiveness. People who come to the hospital are often frightened, overwhelmed, and vulnerable. Taking an extra moment to offer reassurance, show patience, or simply check in can have a tremendous impact. Every patient is someone’s mother, father, sister, brother, child, or friend, and a little compassion goes a long way. Thank you to Steve for providing such exceptional care. If anyone is looking for an example of what outstanding patient care looks like—be a Steve.

Everyone was so friendly, so attentive, so welcoming for being in a place you typically do not want to be at) making sure my husband and I were comfortable, making conversations, Josh was absolutely amazing as well as everyone else! The Doctor who is also the director of the facility reviewed my results in such amazing detail and made sure we were aware of everything before we left.  Not that I love to frequent the ER, but this is the only place I’ll go in the future.

 Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. They were amazing! My son broke his femur and they had him in within a few minutes, started an IV and got him pain meds. Then x rays to confirm. Ambulance showed up 30 min later and off we went to PCH. I’m so thankful to the staff for being gentle and getting him comfortable as fast as possible.
